You will become part of a small marketing automation team, and you will work directly in our marketing automation and CRM platforms on a daily basis, designing, building, and optimizing campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys.

Scandlines is strengthening its data-driven marketing setup, and you will play an important part in making our automation scalable, structured, and performance-driven.

You will primarily work in Bloomreach (CDP &amp; Marketing Automation) and HubSpot (CRM), ensuring that data is activated effectively across channels and touchpoints.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You are a specialist who enjoys working close to the tools, data, and technical setup.

You take pride in building well-structured, scalable automation solutions and continuously improving performance through testing and data insights.

You are a team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and brings a strong can-do attitude. You are solution-oriented and proactively address challenges by proposing constructive ways to solve them.

We also expect that you:
Have 4+ years of experience working hands-on with marketing automation or CRM (in-house or agency)
Have solid experience with Bloomreach or a similar platform (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, etc.)
Ideally have experience with HubSpot (not a requirement)
Have strong experience with:Automated campaign setup
Customer journey building
Advanced segmentation
Lead nurturing and lifecycle management
Are comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and A/B testing
Have a good understanding of CRM structures, workflows, and pipelines
Have technical understanding of HTML/CSS, integrations, and email deliverability
Understand privacy and consent frameworks such as GDPR

Experience from travel, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.&lt;br /&gt;
