Du vil indgå i Scandlines’ IT-afdeling sammen med 40 kolleger fordelt på tre forskellige lokationer, og du bliver en del af vores Web Development-team sammen med vores to udviklere.

solid erfaring med moderne frontend-udvikling i React, Next.js og TypeScript
erfaring med HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design og komponentbaseret udvikling
erfaring med frontend-integrationer mod API’er, CMS, booking-flow og andre forretningskritiske systemer
gerne kendskab eller erfaring med .NET Core udvikling
erfaring med test, code review, CI/CD og deployment pipelines – gerne fra Azure DevOps
forståelse for cloud-platforme og samspillet mellem frontend, backend og infrastruktur – vi arbejder blandt andet med Azure og Terraform
interesse for UX, accessibility, performance, design systems og best practices inden for moderne webudvikling
erfaring med agil udvikling, gerne Agile/Scrum og/eller DevOps

Do you want to own and drive a critical digital solution that delivers real, measurable impact? Scandlines is looking for a Product Owner (PO) for our Port Automation Solution.

As Product Owner for the Port Automation Solution, you will set direction, drive priorities, and ensure the solution creates tangible value for Scandlines’ customers, operations, and the wider organization.

You will act as the key link between business needs, operational realities, and technical delivery — turning strategy into concrete outcomes. With a strong focus on user value and continuous improvement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a solution that is both forward-looking and firmly grounded in day-to-day operations.

Scandlines is a modern and innovative ferry operator, running two high-capacity, high-frequency routes with a green ambition for the future. At Scandlines we want to provide the best break on the journey for both passengers and freight customers. The Port Automation Solution has today been rolled out in our Rødby – Puttgarden route, and in short term we wish to rollout the solution in the second route (Gedser – Rostock).  This will be one of the first tasks to look at as the new PO.

As part of the role, you will be functional team leader of the Port Automation Solution team. The team consist of three members situated in both our main office in Havneholmen and in our office in Rostock.

Roadmap and Operational Governance
Support the roadmap for the Port Automation Solution, ensuring alignment with strategy, operational needs, resources, and stakeholder priorities.
Create transparency on roadmap status, priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions, while translating business and user needs into clear product priorities.
Facilitate operational governance, including prioritisation, escalation, decision-making, action follow-up, and ongoing monitoring of performance, adoption, risks, and improvements.

End-User Input and Requirements Management
Collect, structure, and evaluate input and requirements from end users and operational stakeholders, and ensure that these are well-documented.
Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and feedback loops, translating user needs into actionable solution requirements.
Promote a strong user-centric mindset by actively seeking feedback from those who use, operate, or are otherwise impacted by the solution.

Change Management and Culture
Drive and support change management activities that enable successful adoption of the Port Automation Solution.
Develop a holistic view of the change impact across processes, roles, behaviours, governance, culture, and ways of working.
Engage leaders, end users, and key stakeholders to build understanding, ownership, readiness for change, and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership
Act as team leader for the Port Automation Solution group, providing direction, structure, and prioritisation for the team’s work.
Support team members in understanding priorities, expectations, dependencies, and decision-making processes.
Ensure clear objectives, agreed ways of working, and a shared understanding of how success will be measured.&lt;br /&gt;
