While the position initially serves as a maternity leave replacement for our Risk Manager, we are explicitly seeking someone interested in a long-term perspective within the organization.

  • Develop and coordinate our Enterprise Risk Management framework
  • Act as the interface between ERM and the corporate insurance programme, working closely with responsible colleagues
  • Support management and business units in risk identification, assessment and mitigation
  • Prepare risk analyses and reports for sound business decision-making
  • Contribute to business continuity and organizational resilience
  • Gradually take on responsibilities in corporate compliance and GDPR governance (non-IT focus), including policy development and awareness activities

Competencies

  • Background in Economics, Business Administration, Legal, Finance, Risk Management or similar
  • Experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or corporate insurance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work across functions and cultures in an international environment
  • Interest in developing into corporate compliance over time
  • Curiosity, initiative and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in compliance is not required—we value genuine interest and willingness to develop in this area.
