We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Head of Commercial PR to lead and elevate our external communication efforts and brand visibility across markets. As Head of Commercial PR, you will be responsible for setting and executing a unified communications and media strategy across three key Business Units: Freight & Busses (B2B), Passengers (B2C) and Retail Outlets. You will collaborate closely with marketing, business leadership, and external partners to strengthen our positioning, support commercial initiatives, and ensure alignment across all communication efforts.
- A degree in communication, journalism, PR, marketing, or similar
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within an agency or corporate setting, ideally in a Nordic-German or matrix organization. - Proven experience with both strategic and operational PR and communication, including campaign work, media handling, sponsorships, and event communication.
- Experience with employer branding and ESG/sustainability communication is a plus.
- Fluent in either German or Danish, both languages are a strong advantage and fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent writing skills and a strong eye for compelling narratives and brand tone.
- Commercially minded, strategic thinker with a hands-on and proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams and levels.
