HR Rewards Specialist
We are looking for a new colleague who can lead our compensation and benefits initiatives across Scandlines.
HR is a valued and trusted business partner within the Scandlines organization. We actively work with improving the employee life circle across different locations.
In the position as HR Rewards Specialist you will have the opportunity to develop and improve the compensation and benefits related initiatives, we offer across Scandlines. You will be responsible for our annual compensation cycle, be first point of contact for HR colleagues, and people managers with compensation and benefits related questions.
This position reports directly to the Head of HR & Corporate Communications.
Your key tasks as a HR Rewards Specialist are to:
Qualifications:
You probably hold an academic degree within the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or similar. Further, you have some years of experience in compensation, benefits, or reward management.
Additionally, you have:
We are looking for an experienced HR Rewards professional with a strong background in managing reward structures within multinational settings. You excel in leading the annual compensation review cycle and ensuring that variable remuneration programs are calculated and executed with precision.
You should have solid experience of working with both unionized employees and senior leadership, and the ability to translate strategies into practical solutions. Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels are critical to success in this role.
And most important, you value having good colleagues around and enjoy a good laugh.
