Introduktion

Are you a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist who enjoys working directly with data, systems, and customer journeys?

 

At Scandlines, you will have the opportunity to build and optimize automated marketing setups that directly impact customer experience and commercial performance across both B2C and B2B.

 

This is a specialist role where your technical expertise and analytical mindset will be key.

You will become part of a small marketing automation team, and you will work directly in our marketing automation and CRM platforms on a daily basis, designing, building, and optimizing campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys.

 

Scandlines is strengthening its data-driven marketing setup, and you will play an important part in making our automation scalable, structured, and performance-driven.

 

You will primarily work in Bloomreach (CDP & Marketing Automation) and HubSpot (CRM), ensuring that data is activated effectively across channels and touchpoints.

Ansvarsområder

Your work will be hands-on and execution-focused. You will:

  • Build, execute, and optimize automated campaigns and customer journeys in Bloomreach and HubSpot
  • Work directly with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle-based communication
  • Configure workflows, triggers, and lead management processes in HubSpot
  • Set up and optimize personalized landing pages, forms, and campaign flows
  • Analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and continuously improve journeys and campaigns
  • Work with customer data to ensure relevance, targeting precision, and commercial impact
  • Ensure high data quality and support integrations between systems
  • Contribute to growing and activating our permission base
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and consent regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on campaign execution
  • Collaborate with external agencies and managing tasks and deliverables across partners
  • Building reporting frameworks, analyzing customer behavior and performance data, and translating insights into optimized automated customer journeys and sales-supporting initiatives

You are a specialist who enjoys working close to the tools, data, and technical setup.

 

You take pride in building well-structured, scalable automation solutions and continuously improving performance through testing and data insights.

 

You are a team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and brings a strong can-do attitude. You are solution-oriented and proactively address challenges by proposing constructive ways to solve them.

 

We also expect that you:

  • Have 4+ years of experience working hands-on with marketing automation or CRM (in-house or agency)
  • Have solid experience with Bloomreach or a similar platform (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, etc.)
  • Ideally have experience with HubSpot (not a requirement)
  • Have strong experience with:
    • Automated campaign setup
    • Customer journey building
    • Advanced segmentation
    • Lead nurturing and lifecycle management
  • Are comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and A/B testing
  • Have a good understanding of CRM structures, workflows, and pipelines
  • Have technical understanding of HTML/CSS, integrations, and email deliverability
  • Understand privacy and consent frameworks such as GDPR

 

Experience from travel, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
